Field Data Portal

The Field Data Portal (FDP) is a unique and effective human machine interface (HMI) solution for direct factory floor interface to Telemetry Solutions’ StatPak-PC data collection and downtime logging software option. The FDP provides a full alpha-numeric keypad and high contrast 4 line backlit LCD display housed in a rugged NEMA 4X (IP67) fiberglass enclosure rated for harsh industrial environments.

Equipment operators can easily access material information or downtime occurrence data directly from StatPak-PC’s database, selecting the proper information and loading parameters without ever leaving their station. Full sentence instructions and data descriptions minimize errors, and make the FDP easy for even entry-level operators to use.

When the FDP is used with StatPak-PC’s Downtime Logging Option, the operator can place the production line in a "down" state and downtime logging is disabled. As soon as production resumes, the downtime logging feature is automatically re-enabled.
