The most powerful feature of StatPak-PC is our reporting capabilities. Several pre-formatted reports are provided with StatPak-PC and are easily called by selecting any Closed Run, then choosing the report style of preference. Reports can be printed to any system printer, displayed on screen for immediate review, or exported in a wide variety of formats. E-mail a colleague a report in another office or across the world!
Create your own customized reports using Segate’s® Crystal Reports® (not provided with StatPak-PC). Simply create these reports using well defined variables and parameters provided in the user’s manual and place the report into the folder containing our standard reports. StatPak-PC automatically recognizes the new reports, and makes them available whenever a report is called. Telemetry Solutions Company can also create custom reports at very competitive rates. As an option, StatPak-PC can include our very powerful Downtime Logging module, which reports on all occurrences of production line downtime for any period of time from an hour to several weeks. Reports detail each occurrence of downtime, length of downtime, and analysis of overall production line efficiency. A soon to be released feature will add the ability to define both Assignable Downtime (shift change, scheduled breaks, etc.) and Non-Assignable Downtime (unexpected line stoppages, equipment problems, etc.) and print these specific reasons as part of the report. The following reports are included with StatPak-PC Desktop Edition. These include Production Summary Report, Consolidated Summary Report, Unit Weight Listing Report for discrete packages, and G/N/T Unit Weight Listing Report.
