StatPak-PC Software
StatPak-PC is the first-of-its-kind, all-inclusive data collection, viewing, and reporting program specifically
designed for production filling and weighing applications. The software collects data from a variety of weighing
and filling equipment and sends the data directly to PC desktops for quick and easy viewing. This useful data can
then be analyzed to make beneficial changes to production lines and manufacturing processes. The software allows
the user to share data throughout their company, and generate additional reports and analyses based upon this data.
Features such as report sharing via e-mail or internet, printing to system network printers, and data compression and

Downtime Logging Option
Track each occurrence of downtime for each connected production line.
Log assignable downtime, such as shift change, scheduled breaks.
Log non-assignable downtime, such as breakdowns, no product, line stoppages.
Print detailed reports listing each downtime occurrence along with production efficiencies.

Remote View Option

Up to three remote views can be installed, dependent upon production speeds and network performance.
StatPak-PC Connectivity
The StatPak-PC program is capable of connecting to virtually any production scale controller that transmits a unit
weight value as a single packet of data (not a continuous stream of data). Connection of up to 64 unrelated and
individual scales and simultaneously collecting weight data from all scales and storing their data in individual
databases within the program makes this the most powerful data collection tool on the market.
Programmable features also allow IT professionals to create and use customized reports, or tailor StatPak-PC’s
interface to meet their company’s specific needs. Exporting features and the ability to view production from
multiple computers on a network expand StatPak-PC's capabilities to fit your application.

Wireless Capabilities
StatPak-PC is easily installed as a wireless system. Production line data can be flawlessly received in other
locations without the need to run any wires. A wireless modem can be set up to transmit data to a management
office, remote building, or anywhere that the data is needed. This can greatly reduce the cost to install a
data collection system since obstructions or long distances can drastically increase the total installation cost.
StatPak-PC's wireless system works very well even with interference from noisy equipment, heavy truck traffic in
between locations, or plant radios.
