StatPak-PC Support Options


Telemetry Solutions Company offers three flexible support plans for StatPak-PC, Remote View, and Downtime Logging products. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
 
Level 1 Coverage

Full support from our highly trained phone support staff is provided via a toll free number. This plan provides the easy access and peace of mind that comes from knowing our knowledgeable staff is ready with the answer to any question from the line operator up to the IT/MIS person. One (1) Year of Coverage includes:
  • Unlimited toll free phone support
  • Free Software Upgrades during the support period
  • Free Documentation Updates during the support period
  • Unlimited Access to Website for information, FAQs, specials, and downloads
 
Level 2 Coverage

This plan is designed for the customer needing fast access to qualified support during installation and implementation of StatPak-PC and/or optional modules. Cost is more affordable, but still provides pay-per-incident access to support after the initial 60 day coverage expires. Level 2 coverage is for 1 year from purchase date.
  • 60 Days Unlimited toll free phone support, starting the day support is ordered
  • Fee-based per-minute support charge of $2.10, minimum 15 minute per call
  • Free Software Upgrades during the support period
  • Free Documentation Updates during the support period
  • Access to Website for information, FAQs, specials, and downloads
 
Level 3 Coverage

This plan is designed for the customer with a more in-depth understanding of the product and processes involved, and only requires a minimal amount of phone support.

Access to qualified support personnel is provided through an affordable pay-per-incident charge. Limited email access is also provided, with support personnel providing advice on when an issue may be too complex to properly address via email, and recommend one-on-one phone support.
  • Fee-based per-minute support charge of $2.10, minimum 15 minute per call
  • Limited access to web-based FAQ and product upgrades and bug fixes
Billing for fee-based support can be handled in two convenient ways; open-purchase order or per-incident purchase order, with invoicing on Net 30 day terms. Credit card payment arrangements are in the works, and will be available soon. Ask your service technician for more information!
 
Training Classes

Telemetry Solutions Company also offers comprehensive technical training classes for the Corporate customer, IT/MIS personnel, Distributors, and Resellers. Contact us for more information on class schedules and locations.
